Certain notes and volume would trigger the rattles. It has a blend option where both clean and dirty channel are on. It features a 12' Fender Special Design speaker and has a beautiful reverb tank. This is a solid state amp from Fenders Red Knob series that ran from 1988-1992. You are looking at a 1990 Fender Deluxe 85 Guitar Combo Amp. Ive never understood why people say the red knob SS amps have good cleans. I generally dont, but I find these to be as good as any.
